The 29-year-old centre-back, who has struggled with injuries and lack of form over the past year-and-a-half, has appeared for the Wanderers in cup competitions in recent months but made his first league outing since September in the impressive 1-0 win over Bury on Saturday.
Johnson told the Buckinghamshire Advertiser: "It is nice to be back in the team and it gives the manager a headache.
"We have got four very good centre-halves and I think any two chosen would get into most teams in this division.
"There is good competition and you need to be on your toes every week and put in a performance or else you will find yourself out of the team."
