Chairboys without skipper Lewis
Wycombe will be without captain Stuart Lewis when they welcome Mansfield to Adams Park.
The Chairboys decided not to appeal against their skipper's red card in the defeat to AFC Wimbledon last weekend so he will now serve a three-game ban.
Gary Doherty and Matt McClure are both in contention after coming through 90 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Maidenhead on Tuesday evening.
Midfielder Matt Bloomfield made his long-awaited return from injury in that match but is very unlikely to feature against the Stags.
Mansfield manager Paul Cox hopes to add goalkeeper Liam Mitchell to his squad.
With Ian Deakin suffering a dislocated shoulder during the warm-up last weekend and facing six weeks on the sidelines, Cox drafted in former Notts County keeper, and ex-Stags loan player, Mitchell this week and the 20-year-old could put pen to paper on a permanent deal at the One Call Stadium in time to provide back-up to Alan Marriott on Saturday.
"Liam did well (playing for the development squad) at Doncaster, like we knew he would, and as he did last season." said Cox."He was a bit unlucky not to pick up a club in the summer. We'll probably sit down with him after training and go from there."
Keiran Murtagh will remain out with a knee injury - the midfielder is not expected to be available for another three weeks.
