Port Vale boss Jim Gannon could name the same side that beat Rotherham 1-0 in midweek.
Striker Tom Pope could return to the squad after he was ineligible to face his parent club on Tuesday night.
Port Vale manager Jim Gannon told BBC Radio Stoke: "Wycombe are a decent side and they've obviously got a fantastic recent record.
"They tend to play a lot more high-tempo football and use their two mobile front players.
"It's a really good test for us at this stage to see how far we've come in the last couple of weeks."
