Duo missing for Chairboys

Wycombe will be without attacking duo Jon-Paul Pittman and Paris Cowan-Hall when they host Portsmouth

The pair look set to target next weekend's clash with Bury as they look to return to action after injury.

Pittman has been sidelined since mid-November with ankle and knee problems while Cowan-Hall suffered a medial ligament injury in training last week. They have joined left-back Charles Dunne (tibia) and Tommy Fletcher (thigh) in the treatment room but are now less than two weeks away from returning.

New signing Reece Styche will hope to keep his place after impressing during his 70-minute debut in the 2-2 draw with Mansfield on Saturday. The striker is on loan from Forest Green Rovers.

Jed Wallace is a doubt for Portsmouth.

Wallace, who has been linked with a move to Peterborough before the transfer window closes at the end of the week, limped out of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Morecambe with a hip injury.

Fellow midfielder Simon Ferry is set to miss out again with a hamstring problem along with defender Danny East (ankle) and striker Tom Craddock (knee).

But centre-half Ben Chorley, who joined from Stevenage last week, has completed a three-match ban and is in line to make his debut.
