Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth is sweating on the fitness of striker Matt McClure ahead of the visit of Torquay to Adams Park.
McClure limped off with a hamstring injury in midweek after he had marked his first start of the season by scoring in the 1-1 draw against Plymouth.
The point saw Wycombe end a run of four consecutive defeats and Ainsworth will hope to have the 20-year-old leading the line as they search for a first home win this season.
Goalkeeper Jordan Archer will continue between the posts with Nikki Bull (thigh) and Matt Ingram (knee) still sidelined, but Bull is nearing a return to fitness.
Midfielder Matt Bloomfield is still struggling with a groin injury and is a doubt.
Long-term absentees Sam Wood (knee) and Dennis Oli (ankle) remain unavailable.
Torquay expect Lee Mansell to be fit.
The midfielder missed training on Thursday but should be available to keep his place in midfield.
But the Gulls are missing four first-team midfielders through injury.
Craig Easton remains sidelined with the hamstring problem that forced him from the field in the 1-1 draw with Chesterfield last weekend while Ian Morris is out with an Achilles injury
Damon Lathrope (knee) and Saul Halpin (foot) are still missing through injury, but the pair are expected to be back in training next week with a view to being involved at home to Accrington.
Following Torquay's dramatic 4-3 victory over Aldershot in midweek, where they trailed 3-0 after 47 minutes, Martin Ling's side are on a four-match unbeaten run in the division.
