Duo back for Chairboys
Wycombe will be boosted by the return of two key players for the visit of York.
Josh Scowen and Jon-Paul Pittman have recovered from their respective injuries and returned to training with their team-mates on Monday ahead as the Chairboys look to make it four league wins in a row.
Scowen has not played since coming off after 20 minutes in the 2-1 win over Southend with a twisted ankle while Pittman has been sidelined for almost a month with a back complaint.
The game comes come too soon for Paris Cowan-Hall (knee), who is stepping up his rehabilitation from a strained medial ligament.
York's Ryan Bowman will return to contention for the game following suspension, but fellow striker Richard Cresswell starts a three-game ban.
Bowman has served a three-match suspension following his straight red card at Bristol Rovers last month, while Cresswell was sent off for violent conduct in last week's home defeat to Mansfield.
Manager Nigel Worthington must decide whether to retain David McGurk and Dan Parslow in central defence or recall Chris Smith, while defender George Taft, on loan from Leicester, is also pushing for a start.
Elliott Whitehouse, on loan from Sheffield United, is expected to retain his place after an impressive debut last week and fellow midfielder Josh Carson, another recent signing, is also in contention.
